LaRosa History

LaRosa Landscaping and LaRosa Development is owned and operated by Joseph LaRosa. I started my landscaping business back in 1981, pushing a lawn mower around my neighborhood while I was in junior high school. I continued the landscaping thru high school and college. After graduating from college, I began LaRosa Landscaping. We are a full service commercial landscaper and snowplowing company and we currently have 45 employees. LaRosa Landscape has a very strong customer base.

In 1988, I rehabbed from first house and that is how LaRosa Development came into being. LaRosa Development Corporation is a full service builder that works on new construction, renovations, foundations, water and sewer work and much more. We take pride in all of the work that we do. We are able to do any size job, nothing is too big or too small.

LaRosa Development has built and rehabbed over 200 houses which are in the Boston, Dedham, Norwood, and Walpole area, with approximately 425 units. The 200 houses consist of single family dwellings, 2 family dwellings and multifamily dwellings. We have also been involved in the construction of commercial buildings. In the last 5 years, we have done approximately 20 houses each year.
