Spring Clean Up

• Rake and blow grounds of accumulated debris from lawns, mulch beds under all ornamentals and shrubs, edge all beds and walkways, remove all debris from property and remove mulch build up from saucers around trees.
• Lawn core aeration service
• Slicing and over seeding
• Removal of sand from sidewalks, walkways, and parking lots with our own street sweeper.
• Mulch all planting beds.
• Plant annual and perennial flowers.
  

Lawn Maintenance

• Mow lawn, power trim edges, pickup and remove all debris and clippings
• Keep shrubs and ornamental beds free from weeds.
• Keep walkways, stairs and parking areas clean from debris
• Keep street curbing clean of weeds and grass
  

Shrub Trimming

• During July – September we will trim all evergreens and ornamental plantings.
• During July – September we will prune all shrubs and ornamental plantings as needed.
  

Fall Clean Up

• Clean up leaves after the last lawn cutting
• Lawn core aeration service.
